It took more than 92 years, but Eberl Iron Works has finally outgrown all available space in its original location at 128 Sycamore Street. On Friday, April 15, the company will celebrate the official opening of a second site — just up the block and across the street at 103 Sycamore.
Eberl Iron Works, Inc., has promoted Gregory N. Jones to operations manager, a new position. Jones, who joined the 92-year-old company in 1994, had been customer service/inside sales supervisor. Now third in command, he is charged with overseeing production, facilities, operations and customer service.
With steady industrial growth increasing demands on management and staff, Eberl Iron Works, Inc. has created three new positions, hiring two new employees and promoting another.
Hiring and fostering interns has long been a practice at Eberl Iron Works, where many business, finance, accounting and marketing students, from Canisius College, as well as the University of Buffalo, have come to learn valuable job skills over the years.
Nora and John Eberl of Eberl Iron Works “wanted to spend more time working on the business than in the business,” which led to the hiring of three new employees.
Eberl Iron Works Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of three new members to its team.
