More Staffing Changes at Eberl Iron Works, Inc.:
Robert Kaznica to Become Senior Estimator

Buffalo, NY – The New Year will bring more staffing changes at Eberl Iron Works, Inc.

Robert P. Kaznica, Jr., will assume a new role as Senior Estimator for the 101-year-old company. Kaznica joined EIW in 2014 as a machine assistant on the shop floor and was progressively promoted to other positions. “Bobby came to us with solid skills and outstanding experience,” said John Eberl, Co-owner and CEO, “and he learned our business while doing the work.” Kaznica will also oversee the Metal Fabrication Services department. He’s a Cheektowaga resident and also serves as a Football coach for John F. Kennedy High School.

Steven Paveljack, who was the Senior Estimator since 1987, will transition to a part-time role.  “Steve joined the EIW team in 1980 and has a true wealth of knowledge about our products,” said Nora Eberl, Co-owner and CFO. “We’re happy that he is easing into retirement while still working with us.”  Paveljack also worked in several roles during his EIW career, starting as a machine assistant, then machine operator, estimator, and finally Senior Estimator. John Eberl said, “Steve built his career here and we appreciate his loyalty and service.”

EIW is also adding to its Customer Service team. Jarod Jackson joined EIW in October of this year. He will serve as a Customer Service Representative for the Metal Fabrication Services department. He most recently served in a similar role for Waste Harmonics in Victor, NY. He’s a graduate of St. John Fisher University in Rochester.

Cheri Roehner joined EIW in October as the Online Sales Representative. Most recently she served as an Account Manager for Power Drives, Inc., where she was responsible for a large portfolio of business relationships.

Earlier this year, EIW announced that Gregory N. Jones is retiring as the Operations Manager at the end of the year, and Justin Carr will become the Chief Operating Officer, second in command to the company’s owners. John Eberl said, “These additions and transitions continue the legacy work of our company, with an eye to the future as we grow our workforce and our capacity to successfully meet our clients’ needs.”
