RTS Internship /Bid Analyst
Rooftop Support Systems
Engineered and Pre-built supports for Pipe, HVAC Duct Work, Conduit and Walkway Systems on Rooftops.
The Rooftop Support Systems division of Eberl Iron Works, Inc. designs and manufactures rooftop pipe, duct, and equipment supports, as well as maintenance crossovers and access platforms, primarily for the HVAC industry.
Responsibilities:
- Reports to Systems and Support Supervisor
- Review invites to bid sent in from customers.
- Review drawings, remove unnecessary plans, save and scale relevant drawings.
- Advise if projects are not applicable to RTS
- Review bidding websites to review projects not emailed.
- Position can be in person or remote, 20 hours a week to start.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalency.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with team members.
- Ability to interpret and scale blueprints.
- Understanding of project specifications.
- Knowledge of CAD and or Solidworks software is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication, time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as a part of a team.
- Familiarity with Blue Beam software is a plus.
