Concrete Inserts are used to provide a pre-set support system - cast directly into in concrete ceilings, walls, and floors - for pipe, conduit, and cable trays. We offer both continuous slot and spot inserts, for use in pre-cast, pre-stressed or poured in place concrete floors, walls or ceilings. The continuous slot inserts are designed with versatility in mind, allowing for connection points to be made at any point along the length of the channel, where as the spot inserts have single attachment points and offer more limited adjustability. Our concrete inserts are manufactured out of 1-5/8” wide, 12g steel and come in a variety of channel depths: the P3754 Series (Heavy-Duty) Inserts are 1-5/8” deep, the P3200 Series (Standard-Duty) Inserts are 1-3/8” deep, and the P3300 Series (Light-Duty) Inserts are 7/8” deep. Our inserts are standard in a wide range of lengths, from 3” long all the way up to 20 feet, to help you easily meet any application’s needs. We provide all of our inserts (except spot inserts) with either closure strip and end caps, or foam filler, to help prevent the seepage of concrete - unless otherwise requested. |

1-5/8" by 1-3/8" Channel
Concrete inserts manufactured out of cold formed 12g steel. Nail or anchor inserts to forms every 16" to 24", anchors are 8" on center.
Use P2380 End Cap when distance to first anchor is up to 2".
Use P3704 End Cap when end distance to first anchor is over 2".
