Drive posts directly into the ground, or install a two-part breakaway system for increased safety and ease of replacement. Just install a 3 to 4 foot base post into the ground, leaving the top 4" above ground, and connect a top post using a single corner bolt and jam nut. We provide fast delivery, on a variety of hard to find sizes of square tube - we'll even offer to cut small tube orders down to sizes that can be shipped on UPS, to save you money on shipping. Pre-Galvanized Telespar square perforated steel tubing allowing for mounting of signs on all four sides. Telescoping feature allows you to easily adjust post length when using a base.
Use 1-3/4” tube with medium 24" x 24" signs; 2” with larger 30" x 30" signs.
Posts 10 ft and over must be shipped by truck (not UPS).

- Type A High Capacity Slip Base Systems
Type A High capacity sign posts are slip systems designed to break away on impact with a vehicle. Posts and assemblies are reusable after being knocked down. Simply use a replacement match hardware kit to re-assemble.
Full system includes: 2-1/2" diameter, 20' long Telespar sign post, wigned soil anchor, match plate top piece assembly, and slip base hardware. This system is the ideal product for erecting larger sign clusters and signs greater than 48" in size.
