Stair Treads

Floor plate stair treads are manufactured from high quality diamond plate ( also known as checker plate) steel. Treads can be formed in a variety of configurations and lengths. Stair treads are commonly used to build stairs that do not require a concrete fill and need an anti-slip surface. EIW fabricates checker plate stair treads per customer specifications. The EIW Stairpan order form manual has a section dedicated to detailing treads per customer needs. Treads are available in material 1/8” to 3/8” diamond plate. Stainless steel and aluminum checker plate stair treads are available. Perforated stair treads are available with a variety of hole patterns in the tread or rise.
